A multimedia work for solo violin + spoken word sewn together with images of street art and demonstration footage captured from around the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul during the summer of 2020. Created in the wake of George Floyd’s death and a worldwide movement for attention to systemic injustice, violinist Ariana Kim, composer Steve Heitzeg, narrator Lou Bellamy and writer-narrator Sarah Bellamy came together in this multi-layered collaborative.

The film debut was followed by a Q & A round-table discussion with the artists hosted by moderator Sherine Onukwuwe. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, audience members attended via a Zoom Webinar and questions were submitted in writing to be addressed by the panel in real-time.
